This study aims to determine the implementation of Hulu Sungai Tengah District Regulation Number 10 of 2013 concerning Waste Management in Barabai City in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency and to determine the factors that influence the implementation of Hulu Sungai Tengah District Regulation Number 10 of 2013 concerning Waste Management in Barabai City in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Sources of data taken through the withdrawal of the snowball sampling technique amounted to 12 people.
