This article examines the formation of the Yakkabog principality, one of the ancient cultural centers of the Kashkadarya oasis in the southern part of Uzbekistan, its socio-economic life, population, historical geography during the reign of Ashtarkhanids and Mangits on the basis of historical sources and research.
